Help please. I am confused about the controls on my new Saab. The heating system si beyond my understanding. The direction on the mirror only goes to N or NW and I only know one way to unlcok the doors. I must be stupid but I am frustrated. The headlights keep going oput-probably becasue the lights go on with the car all the time. the day and night lights are the same. Can someone help me figure out tehse things. The manual is very hard to understand. I am also sliding all over the place when there's slush on the road. My Mercury did not do this. Does anyone else have problems holding the road?

To unlock you door, either press the "unlock" button on your key, or take away the black plastic cover where the door handle is and stick your key in. I don't really understand your problem with the mirrors, though?
And I have no problem keeping my 9-5 on the road.. Maybe your tires are all wrong?

Note that the key in the keyhole will not work if the car is locked by pressing twice on the lock button.
Heating system; AC or ACC? What's the problem?
The 9-5 has 3 lamps in the head lights, Two H7 lamps and positioning lights. One set of the H7 lights are always on (may be differences on different markets) as this improves safety.
