My SRS light came on and my battery died shortly thereafter in my 2000 3.2TL. I had my battery replaced and the SRS light still does not turn off. Does anyone know how to reset this light? Coincidentally, I had my car serviced by the dealer right before this happened. Thanks...

Disconnecting the battery for several seconds is the easiest way to clear check engine lights and abs/srs lights with out an obd 2 scan computer. Since your battery was dead that mean that the you have an airbag failure somewhere can be as simple as a fuse or sensor?

good luck!

I had this same problem happen when my battery finally died on my 2000 TL. The dealer had to reset it since they have the scanner to do so. I believe there is a problem when the voltage goes down too low. I think this is true because my battery died, I had the dealer reset the light, the battery was no good so I had to return it and get a new one. The dealer then reset the light and it has not come on since.
