I'm new to this forum and looking to purchase a set of 4 factory chrome wheels for my car and can't seem to find them for a reasonable price.

Would you know where I can purchase them and for how much?

The only style available for 1997 Bonnevilles was the 16" cast aluminum Torque Star in bright chrome. These are factory wheels. Have you checked this website out: http://www.1000wheels.com/cgi-bin/Web_store/web_store.cgi

I own a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, for now anyway..:) I'm looking to sell it soon to purchase a truck. This vehicle runs excellent and has almost 130K on it! One of my wheels is slightly bent and would like to replace them with the factory 16x7 Pontiac chrome wheels.

I'm also running across another problem. When the car gets hot, it shifts really hard from time to time. It doesn't do this all the time but from what I' hearing, it could be the TCC solenoid in the transmission. Did you ever have this problem with your 97 Bonneville?

Well, I had a problem with the transmission shuddering (TCC engage/disengage) at approx. 65 mph. uphill only. The car was still under warranty at the time. I was told they replaced a valve body in the transmission. That's all I know. The prob did go away with the fix. I had to take the car up on I-95 with the serv. manager & a scan tool to diagnose the problem originally.
