One has a slight cosmetic damage, but shouldn't affect performance at all. JL had this sub since 1993 and they can still keep up with subs of today like the Image Dynamics IDQ and the Adire Audio Shiva.
I have reference if needed. Will be shipped through fedex for quicker shipping, especially if you're in the east coast, compared when shipped with USPS or UPS.
