as i've said b4, i'm a noob when it comes to most things involving cars. my question is, in CT, is it legal to drive around w/ the blackouts over the headlights, side markers & tail lights?

it was my understanding that this is one of those things where only a couple of areas allow it, and most states say its illegal...

waiting till i get a ticket is a bad idea. i did that with my front plate. i didn't have one on my firebird, and i didn't know that in CT, u need to have both plates on. i found out, and still didn't care, cause the car wasn't designed to have one. i got a ticket one night, and both my dad & i were PISSED.

the next time you walkin or driving around and see a state cop, just ask him if they are legal or not. so long as youre not a jerk to cops they can actually be pretty cool. just make sure its a state po-digidy man cause i asked a county cop about the frnt plate thing and he gave me bad advise; cost me a ticket kindof bad, but i got out of it in court...
