just rebuilt engine, but car won't move in gear

ok, so here it is. I just got finished rebuilding my 2.0 DOHC motor in my 95 ford probe, runs like a champ, but will not move in any gear. i can tell that the car is going in gear, but no motion. oh, and my o/d light is flashing, any ideas?????????????????????????????????????????

just a suggestion...i could and may be wrong.. but its worth a shot okay so here goes
try resesting the computer. disconect the battery for a few. go grab some lunch come back. tighten up the cables at just let it idle. for a few... let the ecu relearn its self. try that and if its not that. then i'll check around my work to see if they have any ideas.

oh and make sure all the conections or pluged in....pluged in good too. and check the fluids.

fixed it, I forgot to put the shaft back in the trannie spindle, the shaft is what runs the trannie fluid pump. Very important part. retails for 100.00, oh, and I threw mine away not knowing what the hell it was.
