I need to connect a laptop computer to a m1097 hummv for field use. Is there a commercially available unit out there. The m1097 has a 200 AMP Generator, and the standard 24 v(two battery) battery system.

Have someone who is proficient at wiring hook up a commercially available add-on cigarette lighter style power plug by wiring it to the positive and negative terminals of 1 (one) of the batteries, this will give you 12 volts just like any car.
