I want to swap the head from an earlier 1.8 8V GTI or scirrocco engine into my 88 fox wagon. What else do I have to swap in to make it work? Is there anything to watch out for?

make sure yuor fox is a 1.8 8v other wize it wont fit
check block deck for worpage and mill head or check for worp.
