Hello everyone. Newbie to the list here, though I subscribed about two weeks ago and have enjoyed reading the posts. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a canvas convertible top made for the Metro? My vinyl top has gotten the typical sun fading, cracking, and window separating. A canvas top would look sharp on this car, but everyone around only seems to carry vinyl.

I just finished installing a grey canvas fabric top on my wife's 93 Geo Metro Convertible. She's really happy and pleased with it. Installed same as the vinyl ones.

The one I ordered had a zip down smoked back window. I'd say it's worth it if you are going to take a few hours to install a top anyways, why not use a much better material like the canvas ones.

I'll upload a picture of her car with the new top tomorrow.

Yo shagpal, where did you purchase this canvas top and how much did it cost? Sounds pretty cool.

Here is a picture of that top I just installed. It's a canvas cloth top with a smoked zip-down window.
