I hate how the front looks all higher than the rear, is it time for new shocks?

No your shocks are probably okay. It is your springs that are the problem. You can either replace the springs OEM style or go with an aftermarket company. I changed mine when i added coil spacers and did my torsion bar crank.

Depending on the year and whether you have 15" or 16" wheels, this problem was corrected by recall.....new springs at Toyota's cost.

I have a 98 Sr-5, it came with the 15's and I just recently changed them to the 16's

It's called the 204 campaign I think. Just had it done on my 97, much better.
