Rear lugs are rusted on...help!!

Hey i have a 87 Monte and the tires are starting to get low on tread so i went to take them off but come to find that the chome caps pop off and the lugs are rusted on. I used tons of wd-40 and still nothing. does anyone know what i can do? like cut the ligs off maybe and get new ones????

Break them, just put force on a 4 way by stepping on it, they WILL snap free, and just replace them!

I got an '85 Monte and had the same problem a few years back, go find a pipe or something you can slip over your lug wrench, and that should give you the added force to break it off, replace the lugs afterwards, they are only a couple bucks for a set. If all else fails, call up a few garages around your area, and they can strip/break them off with neat little air drills for a fee.
