My drivers side lock is jammed because I was trying to unlock it and pull handle at the same time ( bad habbit ) My power lock works on the other 3 doors, but I cant even lift up on the drivers side lock. The only way to get in is from the outside and thats after forcing the key to turn. It goes back down after I take it out. What could be the problem and how hard is it to take off my door panel? HELP ME!!
BTW- its a 94 Honda Accord

sounds to me like you either bent a rod, or more likely the plastic where the rod mounts to, you would need to take the door panel off to inspect it, the panel itself isn't that hard to take off, there are some hidden screws, and you can easily break it.

I'm in the same boat, got in, got behind the plastic, can't see much back there, but I was wondering, what exactly am I looking for?

you are looking to make sure that the lock rod is seated properly and that the plastic where it mounts to the lock cylinder isn't warped or discolored, also the rods should be placed in their respective guides. I don't have any pics, but if you've ever seen plastic bend it will look like that, look at the lock cylinder at the back of the door and where it mounts to the lock switch and the keyhole.

when taking the door panels off it's best to start at the bottom, and if you have manual windows you should use a pair of needlenose pliers, or screwdriver to remove the hold in ring. start from the bottom with a flathead screwdriver, and pry the bottom of the door cover up, there should be a number of plastic pop rivets up until you get to the top of tyhe door panel which there should a be a screw in the door handle, and on the door latch that hold the top and middle of the door on. remove those, and you should be able to lift the door panel up and off the door, where you will see the frame of the door, and a bunch of plastice sealed around the holes of the doorframe. you'll have to cut into the plastic to see the inner workings..... have fun..
