Help!!! Fuel Economy going SICK !!!

Just wanted to find out how to diagnose a fuel economy problem ? Kia Sportage 97 running at about 20ltr/ 100km !!! Not Good.

could be clogged fuel filter or loss of fuel pressure, clogged injectors, any number of possibilities, check with the experts at 4x4wire.com

Can anybody tell me where i can find the fuel filter in my kia 2000 reg auto and where are the injectors
