OK I posted earlier about my blinkers going out. At one point about 6 months ago, the right blinker would blink double-time whenthe headlights were on. I was told to change the fuses and possibly the relay. I cahnged the fuse for the hazards because they were not working either and there was no fuse labled blinkers, only headlights (lh,rh) and hazards. As soon as I cahnged the hazard fuse, it blew when I turned them on. So maybe it's the relay? Ok then, which relay is it? The owner's manual does not clarrify and the box cover doesn't either. At least nothing that reads blinkers. Please help.

The fuse blowing for the hazards would usually indicate a short in the wiring.Do the turn signals work properly now?If not start looking backwards from the right blinker.

It's most likely a short, if you plug in a new fuse and it blows as soon as you turn them on, that's not a sign of a relay problem. As Joe said, you need to go and check your wiring--a very time consuming job, but it needs to be done. After you do this, find your short, fix it, then if the problem persists, you need to take it somewhere.

All right, clarification on all of this :

The turn signal relay is not located under the hood with the rest of the relays and fusible links, it is located inside of the car, behind the lower kicker panel on the driver's side of the vehicle. It's located behind the fuse panel.

You will need to completely remove the kicker panel to access the relay. The relay is located behind the interior fuse panel, in a plastic holder, on the firewall. You should be able to see it as soon as you look behind the fuse panel.
