2001 Suburban horn just died

The horn just got softer, about 1/2 the original volume and sounds like a squeak. I assume it needs to be replaced.

Anyone using a good aftermarket horn ? Do I have to use the original one from the dealer parts counter ?

How easy/difficult is it to replace ?
