Just replaced the brakes on my '02 EX-V6 and had to return several times to fix the noise but so far no luck. Brake shop said I need the original honda brake pads to possibly fix the noise. It only happens during coming to a stop at very slow speeds. Would replacing the pads work? Ro

How many miles? I highly suggest using Honda brake pads if not upgrading to performance pads. Make sure the rotors get resurfaced before the new pads are slapped on.

There's nothing you can do about the clicking - most common complaint. The pads a "floating" in the caliper, they are designed to move a little so that's the the clicking your hearing. Honda Service Bullentins had us put pieces of business cards in the gaps, to show the customer the noise could be stopped or for whatever reason. The paper eventually falls out & the noise returns.

I haven't heard that on my 02 yet. I hope you don't have to do replacements on the rotors, they're damn expensive. If the pads are still usable, don't replace them unless that clicking sound is driving you nuts.
