I had a turn signal that would blink at double speed when headlights were on. I learned to live with that. Today however, my turn signals and hazards stopped working all together. Any ideas on what this could be?

Underhood relay. Check all of your relays and fuses under the hood, I figure that is your problem...I had the same problem with mine, and the relay just burnt out. After replacing it, they worked just like before.

are the relays in the same place as the fuses ....the fuse holder next to the battery?...

how do i know which one is the relay and how much do they cost

The relays are in the little black box beside the battery. On the inside of the cover, there is a diagram that tells you what relay is for what, very similar to the fuses inside the car. The relay shouldn't cost much, depending on where you get it, it should be relatively cheap, that is if you go to a discount auto part store, such as Advance.
