4-2-1 headers are better for low to mid rpm power and the 4-1 is better for mid to high rpm power. The 4-1 also hangs lower than the 4-2-1 so if you have a lowered car keep that in mind when you are driving, it is not that low but still it could be hit on something.

which one - in your opinion - do you think is better overall? and more beneficial?

how much power are we talking about from the 4-1 in high rpms compared to the 4-2-1

Really? I just thought it set the exhaust flow to either be better for higher RPM(4-1) or lower/mid RPM(4-2-1). But I guess thats what I get for thinking.:icon16:

No your right, most people don't drive around @ high RPM on the street so a 4-2-1 is a better choice since the engine is usually @ low/mid RPM's.

2 piece - easy to install // more possible places to leak from.
1 pieces - harder to install // less possible places to leak from.

I cant remember, but either theyre heavier or lighter, but I think theyre heavier since there is more metal on them, and yes theyd be easier to insstall.
