I need to know what you guys think, Cause I can't decide... http://www.elitrix.net/everythingauto/album_pic.php?pic_id=124 Stock R-34 Rims http://www.elitrix.net/everythingauto/album_pic.php?pic_id=125 Nismo's I'm kinda likin the stock r-34 on there. And it will be that low... After I get to the suspension , I have to get some pics of the engine so I can wire and detail it pretty good, I accidentaly broke the window frame while polishing. And do you think I should do panel line's?.. I cut out the back seat to replace it with a custom speaker box. It show through to the front facing speaker box in the trunk, with clear plastic over the seat opening and amps built into the bottom of the seat, Hopefully. If anybody has and FORD decals, Little blue oval's. PM me and we can work out, either buy or trade, I'm in need of them bad. Right now, I replaced the black on the tail light's with some BMF and it look's hella good.. Kinda altezza like. But it's a nice touch IMO. I'm also using lightning brake's. And either the stock seats with seatbelt hardware, Or a pair of Racing Seat's with harnesses, I've planed on a simple rollbar also. I also polished the tips on the exhaust to a chrome like shine :sunglasse :sunglasse . Now I just have to get some motivation to continue this project. I've been really lazy latley and all the shit going on around here. It's hard to keep my mind just on one thing. I'll try my best to finish this one, Or I better finish atleast, The last car I was able to finish was a R-32 and that was about 5 months ago, Haven't been able to keep consitrated on one model for a period of time... It's that damn PS2! Anyway's , I'm sure you don't want to listen to me blabin all day long.... Josh pre98zetec 01-08-2004, 12:16 PM Here's a quick pic of the tailights i just took, The rear needs cleaned up more.... http://www.elitrix.net/everythingauto/album_pic.php?pic_id=126 Josh JBarry 01-08-2004, 12:37 PM Nice Cobra Josh. JDM-AE86 01-08-2004, 07:45 PM the Nismos look really good, gives it the new Cobra R look, the stockers look kinda big and flash unless ur gonna paint em, but IMO i like teh Nismo's pre98zetec 01-11-2004, 01:54 AM Here's a quick update, Here's a pic of the stang that its gonna have when its complete. I got some done on the speaker box, I plan to make this a 2-3 month build. Not quite. Well, all I can say is this is one cool project! I completed the same kit several years ago (before AF) with practically everything painted. But since AF, I've lost my speed.. now I can barely finish anything, I'll change that for this year. pre98zetec 01-11-2004, 03:17 PM Not quite. Well, all I can say is this is one cool project! I completed the same kit several years ago (before AF) with practically everything painted. But since AF, I've lost my speed.. now I can barely finish anything, I'll change that for this year.Wow, Same thing has happened to me, I use to be able to work on a kit for a week or two and get it done no problem, Now I can hardly paint a car and continue, Let alone finish.. I'll just take my time and do this one right, If it takes 2-3 month's or more, Well so be it.. Josh blueboost 01-11-2004, 03:37 PM :cya: I like the project.. seriously I do... but the rim thing has got me FLIPPED :wtf: Skyline rims on a Pony car is a serious no-no IMO :nono: ...It's like god vacationing in hell. :angryfire Sorry Sk8'r.. no offense meant at all!! you asked. :sadwavey: imagine pulling up to the spot and seeing a mustang with NISMO goodies on it, or Skyline rims.. Hey, if anyone has the Impala SS 2 n'1 lowrider kit, it comes with 18'' torque thrust look a likes, you could ask them for the part numbers of the rims, back plates and tires, write revell, give em a cock and bull story about the rim pieces and shit missing, and how you'd hate to stop buying 20 of their kits a year, give them the piece numbers, and the kit name and number, put in envelope slap a stamp on it, and 3 weeks later you'll have what you need, for FREE!! well the cost of typing, stamp and envelpoe. And don't tell me that's too much bs to go through, because you said 2-3 month build, you could have them before you finish! pre98zetec 01-13-2004, 01:34 AM Here's a pic of the one sie of the sub box... I just puttyed the other side. I have to sand that tomarrow.. Anyways, The subs from a Dub City impala and im gettin some amps from a friend.. Just something different I guess.. Josh tonioseven 01-16-2004, 09:57 AM The 8" would help balance out the sound from front to back if it was used as a mid-woofer. I have 12"s in my trunk but added 5 1/4s in my front doors to give the idea of the music surrounding me (works great for trance and jazz!) YJGWRacing 01-16-2004, 10:44 PM did the hood fit with the L motor in there? Here's a pic of the new rim's (Revell Harley F-150 Rim's, Painted Silver with black accent's). And I did the panel line's. First car I've ever done them on. I think they turned out pretty good. Well more updates to come!!.:naughty: Josh http://elitrix.net/everythingauto/album_pic.php?pic_id=143 Kasso 01-31-2004, 10:29 AM nice work! those panel lines are perfect, not too much, not too little. How did you do the hood - look absolutely stunnin' pre98zetec 03-11-2004, 07:40 PM Looks great. How did you do the hood - look absolutely stunnin' I took the stock hood, Cut a big hole in it And then got the hood from the Revell 19(78?) El-Camino SS, cut around the scoop, placed it on the mustang hood, and used superglue/baby powder mixture to secure it, and sanded it smooth. Messed up on the primer though, that's why it's half sanded. Josh vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
