Hello new to the forum need help troubleshooting a 2000 Chevy Blazer the vent selector will not change to defrost or the floor. The panel had been changed twice before what other problems should I be looking for? Is this an electric system or vacuum operated? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks TIm
