1964 Dodge Polara 330 225 6CamaroSSBoy346 01-03-2004, 09:16 PM 225 cubic inches of 145 HP! The infamous slant 6... still gotta BMF, clear coat, sand, polish, paint interior and assemble etc.. http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370008_200_full.jpg SonyMobile 01-03-2004, 10:41 PM cool project, never even heard of one of these, my question is, what the hell is that clear thing wearing a pink shirt on the base of your lamp? looks like a lizzard in a pink shirt throwing up a boob :eek7: CamaroSSBoy346 01-03-2004, 10:41 PM heres the BMF So far. Its harder then it looks IMO. BTW what color should the interior be? Beige or Black or Blue or Red?? BMF: Attempts:5 Sucsess:1 http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370008_201_full.jpg CamaroSSBoy346 01-03-2004, 10:44 PM my question is, what the hell is that clear thing wearing a pink shirt on the base of your lamp? looks like a lizzard in a pink shirt throwing up a boob Its a glass dog (a knick-knac thingy) (hey, pman had a teddy bear in the back ground of one of his pics!) SonyMobile 01-03-2004, 10:44 PM i would say go with the black interior, flat black, with a bit of semi gloss for that leatherish look O, can you take a pic of the glass thingy, im not seeing a dog :screwy: , its got my interest though! Honoturtle 01-04-2004, 01:55 AM Slant 6 huh? Nice BMF work so far. BTW, more pics of the glass dog.. ProSStreet 01-04-2004, 02:02 AM i think the interior would look sweet red 7th_skyline 01-04-2004, 02:31 AM Very nice! what kit is it? What wheels are going on? wide rallies in body colour with chrome caps would be cool, as would torq thrusts, of course stocker steels would be sweet too.. As for the interior - I'd go with beige or dark red. I would like to see someone do one of these early mopar slant six beasts as a 60's style street racer - e.g slicks on body coloured (or gloss black) steels on the back, triple webers and bunch o snakes headers, torq thrusts on the front , raked ride height..... Hmm, I think I will buy some 60's car kits asap!! Mopar or no car ! :D vwman 01-04-2004, 07:25 AM Looks cool. I think the interior should be beige. :naughty: CamaroSSBoy346 01-04-2004, 11:56 AM Progress has slowed down, i am having some issues with paint and the side trim. Im really fucking frustrated with it right now, so im going to take a brake on it for now. 86_SR5 01-04-2004, 03:25 PM Cool mike, with your BMF treatment your putting my drag car to shame! But mines still gotta hemi! Looks good. Interior flat black everything but the seats, do the seats in semi-gloss with some flat red inserts! blueboost 01-04-2004, 03:32 PM O, can you take a pic of the glass thingy, im not seeing a dog , its got my interest though! looks like snoopy :dunno: CamaroSSBoy346 01-04-2004, 07:04 PM The kit is a Lindberg '64 Dodge 330 with a 383 or the optional Slant 6. Wheels are going to be the stock flat black steel rims w/ out the dog dish hub caps. I wish i had flocked the interior though. http://www.rankmyride.com/data//b/2/8295//.large/image263.jpg http://www.rankmyride.com/data//b/2/8295//.large/image262.jpg http://www.rankmyride.com/data//b/2/8295//.large/image261.jpg BMF'd the dashboard fwdfreak 01-04-2004, 08:07 PM finally some real metal up in this place :D! CamaroSSBoy346 01-04-2004, 08:29 PM CamaroSSBoy346 01-04-2004, 10:41 PM _WIDE_LOAD_ 01-05-2004, 05:02 AM nice peice of MOPAR dude. brings back memories of goin out the drags with my neighbour in his kahki green/white rooved one...but he took out the 225 and put in a 265 hemi out of a aussie valiant charger...used to break the 3 on the tree every weekend EMAXX 01-05-2004, 09:00 AM Looks good. I like the weathering on the chassis. BMF is a pain when you first start. You just have to get used to it and know how to work with it. Sigmaman 01-05-2004, 04:56 PM Nice job mate.Good to see the"leaning tower of power"is alive and well in this forum. tonioseven 01-05-2004, 07:31 PM Classic C:sunglasse:sunglasselness!!
