New rubbing compound?

Hey guys, I haven't yet polished a model yet and I have never attempted to achieve the p-man shine. I am wondering is the rubbing compound in this picture discontinued?

I was on HLJ and they said it was discontinued and it says they have a 3 new ones being released on January.
Tamiya Compound Medium
Tamiya Compound Fine
Tamiya Compound Ultra-Fine

Eh? I was going to order some rubbing compound but.. it's discontinued.. Help?:uhoh:

ya its been discontinued for a couple months now. i just ordered some gunze sango compound instead.

I didn't know that.. hehe..
What's different about this new compound though?

And if anyone knows any info on the Medium, Fine and ultra-fine compound please tell us!

I guess I'll maybe order some gunze compound.. Unless I find some at my LHS or someone tells us about the new Tamiya Compounds.. :uhoh:
