I have a 92 Park Avenue and the brakes are fine when first stepped on but if I let off and reapply pressure the petal goes almost to the floor. What would cause that as I have new breaks all around, new master cyc. etc. If it's the ABS system how can I by-pass?

if you are doing this below 15 mph the ABS is not active below that speed. You could still have air trapped in the system after the master cylinder was replaced. You should try beeelding the regular brakes as well as the ABS brakes to remove any air in the system.

Thank you Flatrater, I had Big O tire bleed the brakes after I replaced the master cyl a couple of weeks ago. I'm gettin too old to craw under that thing. Guess, I'll go back and see what they say.

Thanks again
