i can get the Tokico illumina for $375.00 including shipping and the KYB AGX for $310.00 including shipping which is better supsension and what are the regular prices of these suspension.

Well i had both on my 96 HB -- 1st was tha illuminiaz -- there were nice.. but if u talk to tha rep -- he will tell u they only support up to a 1.5" drop.. if u really wanna go lower than that - then u gotta get tha blues.. i know alot of kids who run tha tokico Blues w/ a 3"-4.5" drop all day.. for yrs & no porobs.. i ran a 3.5" drop on my tokico whites & blew all tha shocks out!!!! ~

Tha KYB AGX'z what can i say theres things are usually over looked for KOni's ~~ But U should Deff know that AGX's are some of tha best things ive ever for tha price... my friends have TEIN, Koni w/ Eibach, Bilstien w/ H&R - I driven all of there cars... tha KYB shocks do it just tha same.. for alil less.. tha only car i know that handled like noticeably better -- was my Coz car w/ tha H&R/Bilstien set up.. although it was a 1.8t vw set up for autocross.. that car was a BEAST!!!

But yeah GO w/ tha AGXs!!!

I'm very happy with my AGX's. Those 1.8t's are great handling cars to begin with though.

Go with the Illuminas there a better shock. As for what gusto222 said about if you want to go lower get the blues, thats a pile of BS. The blues are pretty much a stock replacement. I had H&R race springs with illuminas for well over a yr. and had no problems and rode really good.

Tokico Illuminas are nice, but Koni Sports are better b/c they don't blow out and handle more abuse when lowered with coilovers and lowering springs.

I too, vote for the Koni yellows.

koni yellows>illuminas>agx. you cant beat the yellows tough. $450 shipped, lifetime warrantee. rebuildable. can get revalved for stiffer spring rate.

AGX's are a great shock for the money but IMO they seem to soften up after 2 years of use. I just switched over to Koni Yellows and am much happier with the way they control the ride. Wish i would have done it right the first time instead of having to eat the cost of the OK agx's just to buy the superior Yellows 2 years later. :rolleyes:

If you're smart, you'd go neither. Don't mess with fake coilovers. You don't save money anyway, and the much better performance and durability you get out of REAL coilovers is well worth the investment. Check out some of the systems by TEIN, a Japanese high performance suspension company. TEIN has a range of models varying in affordability, with a wide range of applications, including your Integra. The bottom range starts at around $750 I believe (the same it would cost you to buy shocks and springs separate), and goes up to around $4k for the badass EDFCs.

If it's not too late, trust me, trust everyone who knows what they're doing, and go for the real deal: TEIN. Tanabe also makes nice coilover suspensions.

I'd recommend Tein, Omni, D2, Tanabe, JIC, Neuspeed all as companies that make good true full coilover systems.
