alright my cars interior is all white, blue, and black, except for my 4 interior door covers. i want to get them out, but the window handle is in the way..... how do you take that handle of the door so i can take the interior door cover out, so that i can paint it. i tryed twisting and S**t, but i didnt want to brake it...........

if you know what i have to do to get it off please tell me.

the window crank slides onto some splines and is held in by a 'C' clip. the open end is toward the crank's knob (no pun intended). slide a rag behind the crank and work it back and forth to release that clip. If this is confusing, email me and i will email you a picture.

Haynes Manual at the autoparts store. $20 and you have a best friend for the time you own your car.

I've found the easiest way to remove the window crank clamp is with a thin screwdriver.(preferably flat tip) Slide the screw driver up against one of the open ends of the clip and push, being watchful, because that little booger likes to fly!
