Does anyone out there have an answer as to why my antilock brake motor is running constantly? It used to just run for a second every time the brakes were applied, but now runs all the time. At times the brakes lose all boost, but rarely. The fluid level has been checked according to the haynes manual but of course was fine. It's been to the shop a few years ago for recall work on ABS system, seems to be a bad design -any ideas out there?

Hi MeanZ400,

What year of van is it? I know there was a period they were doing heavy recalls on the ABS and that any recall work is also covered for life of vehicle - particularly the abs module.

It is a 1993. It has been repaired once, and I thought the dealership at the time mentioned something about coverage for lifetime, but with the dealership where I am now I want to go armed to the hilt! :swear: Thanks for the advice!
