Please Help!!! My 2002 Explorer has been in for repairs 4 times with the same results... the standard answer is "We are flashing the computer with software updates" (Ford Service Center) vehicle works great for 2-3 days then repeats. Spoke with a colleage at work who also owns a 2002 and is experiencing the same problem.
