I checked all the fuses and they all look good. Any suggestions? It's cold here, and my windhield is foggy.

I have just started having this exact same problem..
I was thining maybe there was a relay for the blower but I cant find any information on wether there is or not. Everything else works in the car and I have checked every fuse in the car. unless there are hidden ones i cant find. any help wil be greatly appreiciated

I don't know why, but the day after I sent in the first posting, my fan started again. Maybe something was frozen under the hood. Who knows?
