Paint Damage From VTEC EmblemQuakeWork120 12-20-2003, 09:49 PM Recently, my GSR got stolen. I got it back, minus the seats, the wheels and tires and a few other things, including my VTEC emblem at the back of the car. I don't think I want to get another one, as then people would know my car is a GS-R and go after it again. When the theives stole the emblem off, they damaged the paint pretty badly(I'll post a pic ASAP). It's on the plastic part of the bumper, so there is no way that I can just sand it clean and repaint it. Anybody have any ideas on how I can make the paint look good again? I was thinking I might have to cut that piece of plastic out and replace it, sand it flush and then paint it the same color as the body. Or, does anybody know where I can get (legally!) one of those emblems, if I did want to replace it? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
