how can I disble the auto matic locking of the doors when I start the car. and has anyone else had problems with anti-lock brake system?

What kind of problems?

There are different types of ABS, On the 4Runner I beleive the front wheels act independantly, but it requires that both rear wheels lock up in the rear for it to activate. Dunno if this has anything to do with your question though...
