my 1998 rodeo just started to make a whistling noise and the check engine light came on.the idle surges when engine is started and when it is shifted from drive to park.I had the intake manifold gasket replaced last summer.Can anyone tell me if they have had any similar problems and how they were repaired,or if it might be a recall problem.
