Look around for DVD shops, they should have the original DVDs, I mean the original ones, not tokyopop. Theres a video shop in Houston that had all of the DVDs in Initial D, pretty kickass, 3 dollar rental too :p
Or you can go to Best Buy and get the rice, they have about 3 DVDs for about 15 bucks each, and they only done about 3 races...
