My 93 Civic was running fine, all of a sudden it has no power but starts and idles fine. As soon as you step down on it smoke comes out the exaust like crazy? Any ideas as to were to start? It is almost like it went super rich on fuel!

Piston rings maybe? If smoke is coming out I would assume your piston rings are busted. That would prolly explain the lack of power as well.

Thanks but rings go out slowly not usualy all at once. I will do a compression test and see what it shows.
