I am looking for specs of the Infinity speakers installed in my 98 Jeep. The speakers are simply blown...
I do not want to spend a large amount of money on taking the car to the dealership
(who sold me a car with blown speakers in the first place :))), I am thinking of replacing the speakers on my own.

Does anyone know the power / impedance rating of standard Infinity speakers? I suppose its 4 Ohms, but have no idea about power rating.

I have a 1994 Jeep GC with the Infinity system. I believe the speaker system is identical.

You have 6 1/2" midrange in the front doors, tweeters in the dash and 6 1/2" 2ways in the rear doors.

30watt rms 60watt peak. the Amp under the drivers side rear seat is a 45x4 infinity.

The rear speakers are 4ohm. and I beleive the front speakers + tweeters(because they are wired seperatly) are 8ohm creating a 4ohm load.

I just replaced my stock Infinity speakers with JL Audio components.

If your interested I will sell you my stock speakers cheap.
