Rear disk breaks 88 legend

does any one have any tips on getting the rear disk break pistons to retract, so I can put new break pads on? Manual says rotate piston clockwise but nothing happens when I do this.
Thanks for the help.

You need to rotate while compressing. There is a special tool that is very helpful during this porcess.
