The entire dash on my 97 Ultra is dead, except for the gas gauge. The radio and heater controls are dead, as are the gear select indicator, odometer, etc.
I suspect a fuse is blown, but none of the minis are bad - could it be one of the metal ones? The owner's manual is not much help - there is no explanation on what each fuse is for - one can only guess.

there is also a fues box right next to the battery in the engine compartment, also one under the rear seet. You might want to try one of them
