I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and when my taillights burn out, my display says "Rear Lamp Failure". My books says to replace bulbs and then cycle the ignition to reset the computer but does not tell me how. Does anybody know how?

Also with the auto headlights is there a way to set the length of time that they stay on after the vehicle is turned off?
