I wanted to buy a pioneer, then i found out for $25 more, i could get a premier. I just want to know what the differences are.

Depends on the specific model really

the premier generally has higher preouts, a more "refined" look to it IMO, a better warranty, and I think that's about it

I finally got my pioneer premier 550

I found the difference was that the premier does have a 2 year warranty compared to a 1 year pioneer. The most useful thing that comes with the premier is the steering wheel remote, which is worth every penny paid extra for the premier. I never have to look at the deck, as everything is at my finger tips.

their speakers generally pretty decent for the price, make sure you look at rms power ratings instead of max though
