Has anyone had a problem with a 2002 tl with their short block, all of the sudden today i was driving and the car just started knocking. The oil light went on so i pulled over and checked the oil and it was normal so i figured the pump was shot. This car has 64000 miles and come to find out it was brought to the dealer and i get a call it has a cracked short block, warranty has expired, 5k to fix, anyone have this problem

damn sorry man....no I haven't heard of this problem before...for that amount u could get a new motor off of ebay i saw one last week going for like 2500
