i have a 97 sohc neon
it was running fine when i switched it off.
now it wont start. it would start for 2 seconds then cut off like no gas
no power to fuel pump. i checked fuse and relay ok
took fuel pump out,in the meantime,i learned how to reset pcm by taking out the key.

i put the fuel pump back in tankand now the pump is running
but not pumping.
ican hear air bubbles blowing in the tank

what can i do help please thanks
