I am really new to importing cars, and i am unfimilar with Skylines not being legal in the states? can somebody plz explain to me what i would have to do to import it, legalize it, and keep it in the states!! and how much it would cost! please help me out here

It doesn't matter where the Skyline is coming from. If you're bringing it to the US, it needs to be legalized.

For now, the only place to get that done is Motorex. Their prices for legalization vary, depending on what model you have. You can find out at their site, motorex.net.
