I was wondering where I could find some high performance headers for my 90' Chevy Lumina Euro 3.1 b/c I can't seem to find any.

You can't find any because they don't exist. TOG (http://www.theotherguysproducts.com/home.html) used to make a set, but I don't think they produce them anymore. I saw the prototype set and they didn't look half bad.

The only other option is to have some made.
