fuel pump and electrical Question

I have a 95 Neon and I hust had the fuel pump replaced but now whenever I stop the fuse blows out. Does anyone have and idea how to fix this? Went through 4 fuses through 14 miles. Need to leave for KY in two days!!

I was driving on the highway and out of sudden my engine shut off. There was electricity in the car, everything seemed to be OK. The fuel pump fuse was blown. I put a new one. The car started and ran for 10 minutes after which the same fuse blew again. I also went through 4 fuses in less than 2 days. Please advise. Do I need a replacement of the fuel pump? Is the fuel pump inside the tank?
