im putting a t-25 turbo out of an eclipse on my zc and i want to lower the boost to about 6 what are my options for this? someone told my i could bend the wastgate in a little but that sounds funny wouldnt that make the wastgate stay open all the time? i think that turbo runs 8 psi stock

you can bend the rod in twords the turbo 1/4" to get around 5-6 lbs.

what about these manual boost controllers can you only raise boost with them?

you need the exhaust mainfold,all the plumbing, i think the t-25 has a internal wastegate, if not you can jus use a boost controller and set it for 6psi and maybe 8psi for racing i wouldt go higer then 8psi b/c then you will start to break things also dont neglect the fuel magament.

don't worry about any of that, spend your money on proper tuning items like a zdyne and run 8 psi, at least go with a apexi afc and 440 cc injectors, there is no replacement for proper tuning!
