When replacing an ECU, does the ECU part number have to be exactly the same?
Will an ECU from a 1988 Honda Accord 4 door work in a 1988 Honda Accord 2 door sedan. Both have the same engine and auto transmission.

Any help would be appreciated.

I dont think the number has to be exactly the same i had a 87 accord
