H22

I want to put a H22 in my 2001 Accord in the first step as an ongoing engine build project. Will the weight difference between the H22 and the F23 offset the added benefit of the 50hp increase? Or is the added weight negligable? Thanks.

i think this will answer your question, Accord V6 is faster then your car, but V6 J30 is 200LBS heaver then F23.

And the J30 engine is the V6 rated at 200 hp?

200hp & 198lbs/ft

dont even worry about the tiny weight, 50hp is a big difference. and if you use the h22 tranny, it will probably give you better acceleration as well.
