Just have you coolent system flushed at any auto shop, or most places that do oilchanges also do radiator flushes. if the condition persists buy some radiator flush your self. first drain the radiator (a little knob at the bottom of your radiator) then close it ( the little knob) fillit with the radiator flush and hot watter. close the radiator cap and start the car idle it for a couple of min. 10 min or so. then drain out the flush and hot watter (using the little knob at the bottom of your radiator) then fillit again with "just water" and do it again (idle for 10 min) then drain out the hot watter (using the little knob at the bottom of your radiator) and close the knob. fill the radiator with anti freeze and cap it (the radiator) in a couple of min you should feel heat. {the cooling system is all conected what goes in the radiator passes through the heater core, thus cleaning it out) good luck! let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your help I just tried but it looks like doesn`t work. I still can get a little heat. I checked heating core in and out hoses both of them is hot so I don`t know where is the problem if the heating core is getting heat it should heat the air. If you have any idea please let me know.

It might be getting heat but if it's gunked up it woun't work properly, it might although give you some heat if kept on low (when the blower is on too high it comes out as kool or maybe luke warm, but if kept on low it'll heat up. Find a place that does heater core flushing; (not a real store just an example)= (Joes' radiatore and coolent service) find some one that seems trust worthy and won't take you for a ride replacing your hole heating and cooling system, guy's like Joe (not a real guy) sometimes when buisness is slow will find problems you never had (AKA make them up) the first time I want to a Joe's type place I needed my radiator welded cause it had a crack from old age (I should have replaced it new, but time's are rough) anyway, it was a great price and a great job, but two days latter my upper radiator hose expodes coolent fluid all over the inside of my car, a further examination of that particular hose reviles it had ruptured in a perfect line, straite down the middle, we both know no matter how old a radiator hose it if it's gona break it's not gona break in a perfectlly strait line down the top of the hose (not across but from front to back) he obiousely used a rasor blade and slightly ran it on the hose not enoght to cut it but enought to make it weak enough to break under presure so that I would go back to him for another job making him more money; anyway the point is go to some one you can trust (preferably a friend of a friend or someone, that your family or friends have used already) and anylize everything whenever you get your car back from any shop. good luck and let me know how it turned out!
