Hello,

I am new to this site and to owning a Ferrari all together. I just bought a 96 F355 Berlinetta with 27k miles. The car has an exhaust leak and from what I've gathered it would be a common thing on these cars. What I'de like to know is what's the best and most cost effective way the fix this? Would I need to replace both manifolds? or can one have them welded? Does anyone out there know of a warranty company tha would cover this car? If so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help.

Asi

PS. If you have any additional information you think may help please let me know.

i can sell you a brand new exhaust system if it's in your budget!! great upgrade and may add a nice little kick in your seat!

What kind of exhaust system are we talking about? how much? and will it include the headers/manifolds? I would consider it if the price is right.

Thanks

depending on 'in service" date, may be covered under emission warranty. I am contemplating using ACSC Warranty in Florida, I think they will do a '96.

What's the easiest way to find out the "in service" date?

call your dealer with your VIN number, they can give the date and if you emission warranty is still in effect. repairs would have to be at an authorized dealer.
