88 accord shake from P to R!

my car came with an auto-tranny,
when change from P to R, or from R to D4,
it shakes for about 1 second,
does this indicate the transmission have problem?

I think just the tranny needs to be tunned up it did that on my 87 accord lxi no problems from itt
