Except of the engine..... Are these seats from a Del Sol? Goosse 11-25-2003, 01:35 PM Yes, those are Del Sol seats thanks civic_1.6_16v 11-25-2003, 04:23 PM Yes, those are Del Sol seats thanks Nice pics ;) So how do the Sol seats sit?? :D Goosse 11-26-2003, 04:08 AM they actuelly sit a little bit lower then my stock seats + they are a little harder. After getting used to them, they sit great vti 11-27-2003, 04:13 PM nice car goose. got oem type r spoiler on the way myself but just need an oem grill now. loads of cheap copies about but dont trust em. want perfect fit etc. is your grill copy/oem. where did ya get it from and whats qulaity/fit etc like. Goosse 11-27-2003, 04:18 PM the gril is a copy. I got it from autostyle, a dutch company. Fits perfect. I'm very happy with it vti 11-27-2003, 04:25 PM how much it cost ya ? looks good from here but have you got any close up pics of the grill on ya car ? Goosse 11-29-2003, 11:02 AM No, I don't have any close ups (had to return the digi cam, borrowed it from school), but I can assure you the fitment is perfect. The only thing I did was replace the mesh because the openings in the mesh were to big and you could see right trough. I think I paid something of 50 euro for it. Don't really remember (I have it 3 years now). Only negative point was the long waiting period + first grille I got was cracked, but they replaced it without making any trouble vti 11-29-2003, 11:08 AM thanks. sounds good to me, think ill go for copy then. just waitin on ek9 owner over here to send me pics of his grill so i can compare his mesh to copies. civic_1.6_16v 11-29-2003, 11:21 AM I found this pic on the website of Autostyling.nl http://www.autostyle.nl/images/productimages/FSDKGR99T.gif But you can also order a "Mugen" replica grill, you can also order the Mugen emblem which will fit in the middle. Otherwise it will be delivered without that emblem. http://www.autostyle.nl/images/productimages/FSDKGR96M.gif vti 11-29-2003, 11:24 AM cheers. look smart. not into mugen grills though. im sure ek9 mesh is black as well but suppose i could just take it off and spray it. civic_1.6_16v 11-29-2003, 12:12 PM Yeah I linke the first one better also The Mugen one is a little to "much" revs 12-03-2003, 11:32 AM Your car is lookin slick Goose. Did u paint your lip kit with spray cans or did u take it to a professional spray painter? Goosse 12-04-2003, 03:55 AM Your car is lookin slick Goose. Did u paint your lip kit with spray cans or did u take it to a professional spray painter? It's painted by a pro. I can get a good deal on painting parts (a friend of mine works in the boddy repair of a Mercedes dealership, so he paints all my parts). cyberrexer 12-25-2003, 05:31 AM I'm loving that car!!!! Shame about the engine...........turbo the bit@h!!! :grinno: Goosse 12-25-2003, 03:41 PM I'm loving that car!!!! Shame about the engine...........turbo the bit@h!!! :grinno: Thanks. The rims are sold now, so I'm looking for something new... has to be JDM style and 15" or 16" civic_1.6_16v 12-25-2003, 09:35 PM Thanks. The rims are sold now, so I'm looking for something new... has to be JDM style and 15" or 16" How about some Mugen MF8's :naughty: http://www.kingmotorsports.com/images/products/42700-MF8-B_3.jpg Goosse 12-26-2003, 05:14 AM How about some Mugen MF8's :naughty: http://www.kingmotorsports.com/images/products/42700-MF8-B_3.jpg That's one off the choices I have in my head... but I don't know which I will chose. Here are a few I like option 1 Rota Grid or Volk TE-37s (fake or real) http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/pdafa587d631e2b8568a14deef986636f/fa32b9db.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/pa0291121e7bc4381dac4d784b0dfd4f2/fa30e27a.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p421eb47f9077a03a3e7832cad6e6dd01/fa30e26f.jpg Rota C8 or Mugen MF8 http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/pfd048e3f6edb0959e61e442c312f840f/fa30e2fb.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p863886cc32826dc7bb88269f1f2e8f31/fa30e2e0.jpg Buddyclub or a lot of copies  http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/pe68ec8d77e3e6df5bc2fac7b43aa4620/fa30e2bd.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p86b9afe0c6058e9c140da9af7c20bc64/fa30e2b9.jpg Goosse 12-26-2003, 05:18 AM I actuelly like each one of these rims, but there is always a little doubt... The grids... very nice... on some cars. I've seen a lot off pics of cars with these rims. Some seem really nice with these rims, others are ruined by the rims... So I'm not sure. The mugens... probable like these the least of the 3. Still very nice rims and very exclusive (even if I take the Rota C8... but IMO seem a littel 'to much' for my EK. But like I said, still very very nice rims for EK. The Buddyclub. Very nice rims. Seem to suit the EK very well (probably the best of all 3 rims), but you see them sooooooooooooo much over here. Ever since AVB bought a stock off copies of those rims, you see them everywere... civic_1.6_16v 12-26-2003, 08:15 AM ....but you see them sooooooooooooo much over here. Ever since AVB bought a stock off copies of those rims, you see them everywere... I know how that feels, most rims that are nice to look are are also the ones that almost everybody has So the more exclusive ones are a better and obviously the more exclusive choice But on the exclusive part is also a exclusive price :uhoh: But you were thinking of a Bronze rim? I mean on your green car, I think it would look good, but like you said you have to see it in real life I think the Rota Grids or the Volk TE-37 looks best IMO But what about the Volk CE28N in bronze http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/images/WheelModels/volk_ce28n8spokebronze.png civic_1.6_16v 12-26-2003, 08:30 AM I took the liberty to shop the Rota Grids on your car :D Both bronze and silver versions, thay are the same size as your current rims http://members.home.nl/pav-oud/rotagrid-bronze.jpg http://members.home.nl/pav-oud/rotagrid-silver.jpg Goosse 12-26-2003, 11:09 AM Thanks for the photoshops. I also made a few, but they didn't tell much... I'm thinking of the Rota Grids with a steel grey center and a polished lip. Goosse 12-26-2003, 11:11 AM these were the photoshops I made http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid93/pfd1d2d80057cd5f811a3e477aef9506a/fa48d261.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid93/p5843aa96cd545bb483d0087af874b6e4/fa48d24e.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid93/p3c490cba3ba3af6094cda4e10c91f54c/fa449c00.jpg and the ones on the left are the steel grey ones with polished center http://www.machiii.net/images/wheels/big_grid.JPG Goosse 12-26-2003, 11:16 AM and the reason I doubt on the grids, they seem to have a different look depending on the color/lowering of the car example IMO doesn't look good http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p7b2fb7233f633b24850eff1ffd89e5ac/fa3030c7.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p47b33a57f64d55c1cf0b948655afc799/fa3030a3.jpg but if you look at this one, this is just :smokin: :smokin: :iceslolan http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p867f424f9d7e6ea10a6048ff19266db5/fa303099.jpg vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
